Yoga wasn’t something I found overnight.
It was something I kept coming back to again and again until I realised I wanted to understand it more deeply.
That led me into teacher training… and then into teaching.

It made my body stronger. It made my mind calmer.
But more than that, it gave me a way to connect with myself.
That connection between mind, body and breath creates a space within you that’s hard to explain, but very easy to feel.

I have been practising yoga for over 25 years, and it has held an important place in my life, connecting me back to myself throughout all of life’s adventures. It was this deepening connection and desire for a greater understanding of this wonderful practice that led me to do my teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga, from which I qualified in 2020.

I have a particular interest in the benefits of breath-work, and I incorporate it into all of my practices. My classes combine flowing movement, breath, and meditation.
They are suitable for all levels of Yogi from beginner to advanced. Each of us has our strengths to lean into and challenges to explore.

I hope that there are always elements of a class that students can take back with them into their lives, play with and practise.
The path trodden as a yogi may not always seem clear, however practise has shown me that I understand myself in the truest sense when I am held in that union of body, mind and breath.

Everything I offer comes from a place that is personal, holistic and caring.
I don’t believe in forcing anything or pushing people into shapes that don’t feel right.

Ease in, explore, or challenge yourself.
Find a new you that is deeply connected with yourself.

Sound baths and Reiki came into my work naturally.
Sound healing really resonated with me; the frequencies align with nature and our bodies.
Reiki has always been something I’ve felt drawn to; a quieter, gentler way of supporting people.
Together, they create something that goes beyond just the physical.

Overall I want to create and experience that leaves you feeling calmer, more connected, and ultimately more like yourself.
